About MINI LEAP

Looking to build a solid foundation for standing H2H?  Mini LEAP is our 2 week intermediate programme designed primarily to help students achieve a stable standing H2H.  The course will integrate daily handstand and F2H training along with H2H progressions, and eventually culminate in a variety of standing H2H entrances and exits.  The program will also include tumbling, standing transitions, and icarian training for those who fancy L-basing. 

 
 
 

 

Who is this programme for

This programme is perfect for intermediate acro enthusiasts looking to learn standing H2H, or to refine and stabilize their standing H2H practice. In the advanced 6 week programme, standing H2H is the primary prerequisite on which we build. In this regard, MINI LEAP is an excellent way to gain the skills required for the advanced programme.

Training space

Mini LEAP is hosted at Gympra in Prague. Students will train on gymnastic spring floor. Students can stay close to the city center along the metro line and easily take public transit to the gym.

Come and enjoy Prague in the summer time! When students are not training, they can use their free time to explore Prague’s parks, restaurants, nature parks, and architecture. This time of year has the perfect weather for outdoor jams and picnics in the evening.
